For thousands of young graduates in Kenya, transitioning from university and college to the workplace
remains a major challenge due to limited work experience. The Public Service Internship Programme (PSIP), an initiative of the Public Service Commission, is addressing this gap by providing recent graduates with practical, hands-on experience in Ministries, Departments, Agencies, public universities and State Corporations.
